Information

Medals and T-shirts will be given out to all runners who complete either the 5k or 10k run. 1k runners will receive a medal.

Water stations will be provided en route at 2k, 4k, 6k, 8k and at the finish.

Car parking is available near to the start/finish line (in the field near the Yew Tree pub); Registration will take place nearby at Manuden Primary School, where there will be changing facilities and toilets.

Breakfast for runners and supporters will be available at Manuden Primary School, where there will also be a BBQ lunch. The proceeds from all food and drinks will go to the parent and Friends Association at the school.

The Red Cross will be in attendance.

The main part of the run will be along the Rickling Road, which will be closed for the duration of all three events. However, a small section of the 10k run does follow a public highway and we do therefore ask all runners to be especially vigilant when running this section. The post code of the starting point is more or less CM23 1DY.
